Murray7
In the lower leagues, though. The big postie had a very decent record, too, did he not (albeit he wasn't in the flush of youth, right enough)? I'm not doubting the lad's ability, but you have to wonder why the fakes aren't giving him a chance. Wardlaw had less than a goal every three games before he joined us. May is much younger, and scores more goals at a higher level than Wardlaw. I'd imagine St Johnstone have been put off playing him to try and justify the wages they are paying Hasselbaink/Vine/Tade. buddie
I've always liked what I've seen from May, if he's free we could cover his wages with Parkins when he leaves?
Sonny
On P&B a lot of the Fakes' fans would love to see May being given a chance. Maybe he is one to look at a bit closer.
djchapsticks
I've liked Stevie May any time I've seen him. He's big and powerful, good in the air and has plenty of time still to improve. I'd certainly take a chance on him.
andysmfc13
I think signing players from the lower leagues is the way to go. Cheap wages and sometimes you uncover a great player.
thomsons dropped it
Why is he holding the Scottish Cup? I like the fact that in the StJ's official site they list Scottish Cup semi finals in their honours section. http://www.perthstjohnstonefc.co.uk/history-honours-records.php Exactly Slash.......WTF is a Fakes player doing anywhere near a Major Honour..... Errrrrr...Correct your Honour, that is indeed the incriminating photograph of the Accused.......He does state in mitigation that "Someone just handed it to him" and that he had never been close to Silverware like that before.. buddie
I believe I'm right in saying Kris Doolan is out of contract at Partick in the summer? IMO, he would be worth a punt! I see Dundee Utd have signed 2 of their guys, one of whom is Chris Erskine who I rare very highly!
bluto
As I'm sure you all agree we need someone more sure-footed in the heart of defence. I've been wondering if Utrecht's centre-back Mike van der Hoorn could be the answer...? http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/video/2013/apr/15/utrecht-own-goal-dutch-video
buddie
Saw today on twitter that Lee Miller was saying goodbye to the Carlisle fans. He's out of contract at the end of the season and still only 29, could he provide us with something different?

rory
I agree we should look at nicky clark of Qos as he has scored 36 goals in division 2 , he is still only 21 and scored his second hat trick of the season last weekend.
Murray7
Liam Miller has been offered to us on a free apparently.
Griff
Liam Millers cv is rather similar to Gerry Craeney,s ,with that in mind ,I wouldn,t have him
JM1
Rather than Liam Miller, why not have a look at his former team-mate at Perth Glory - a guy who won Most Glorious Player, Players' Player & Goal Of The Season in their end of season awards? He even has a Scottish sounding surname, so might have family from over here or something...
buddie
Again, I think Nicky Clark would be a good signing but it does appear Sevco have him top of their list. That being said, I'd really like to see us do what we can to bring in Stevie May, he been in superb form this season, easpecially in the last few weeks! sm74
Would like us to look at Gary Harkins, not sure when his Dundee contract ends though, think they paid a fee for him in January. Far too good a player to be in the 1st division anyway, maybe as it seems Imrie wants out we could offer a swap?
