Names like McCann, MacKay, McInnes have to be on our list.

Rumour a foreign manager is booked in to watch our game against Dee.... is he being interviewed too?

Cannot see why we would take Brown and help both JG and the Dons budget... let them keep paying the wages of an injured past it player...one who helped coach then to below us, despite much larger player budget...

I like that he has not forgotten his roots and he seems a genuinely humble guy.

The only thing about him that I can’t erase from my memory is that I’m sure he put in the cross for Kenny Miller to score in the 2010 LC final. I’ve never felt as low as that ever at a football match.

But if he could lead us to Scottish cup victory this season I’ll try to put that memory to one side.
