div
There have been a couple of changes to the registration process on the site following the recent upgrade; 1) Although we have good anti-spam measures in place with the strange looking "re-Captcha" characters and the like we were still being hit with human spammers from all across the globe, these are people who are actually paid to register and spam other forums believe it or not. This tied up a lot of our time in approving registrations and caused us a load of hassle. Now anyone who registers on the site has to answer a very simple question about St.Mirren. Anyone should know the answer, but it's less likely an Indonesian spammer will go to the bother of going looking for the answer 2) Any new user can save on the registration process altogether by logging in with their Facebook account using our "Connect with Facebook" option. This links your existing facebook profile to an account on the forum, logs you in and even brings across your facebook status and profile photo. You can also login using an OpenID which is a system that allows to create and use one single account across over 50,000 different websites. So if you have an OpenID (www.openid.org) you can again just login using those details and not bother registering a new account on B&W Army. Ok, so it's not really a toy, and it's not as cool as the embedded video player, but it's still quite useful stuff
