Blackberry

The one

Recommended Posts

Do any of you guys have one?Im thinking about getting a curve or a storm and was wondering if any off our users can recomend one?

I had one of the original Blackberry devices a few years ago, when they were far less trendy than they are now.

Not seen the Storm "in the flesh" but the Curve is a cracking bit of kit.

If you are getting a new phone, and a new contract, then the iPhone is really what you want. It's f**king brilliant :)

iPhone is good at first, soon get bored of it.

Blackberry curve on it's way.

Gav, any of your friends got a blackberry? I know you text a lot so a blackberry would be good as you can send instant messages which don't come out of your text allowance.

Are they not a bit wanky?

My boss (well one of them) has one and he checks/replies to e-mails on his days off!

PS Are instant messages not also a bit "teenage wanky"?

The other day I used a LANDLINE.....remember them?

Got the Blackberry 8900 Curve last week...........you won't be disappointed, is a cracking phone. Keypad on Curve is easy to use, doesn't take much to get used to. And the rollerball is great, probably better than touch screen when it comes to selecting certain bits of a text for example. And like davidg said.......if any of your friends have a Blackberry the Instant Messenger is helpful, saves the texts. All in all a great phone :)

The iPhone ain't too shabby either.

Yes , anyone can reply to their e mails on days off without the need for a wanky blackberry accessory. Remote e mail access via a lap top is sufficient and no fuss. Nobody is so important they need comms that would shame Special Forces in a war zone

Blackberry hand helds , fancy colours and go faster stripes , ffsake, mostly its just an ego rubbing device for insecure wannabees

I'm important I've got a blackberry, see me ! I can surf while socialising , erm , great. Want your picture taken , feck off nerd.gif

Im never in an office and always on the move a lap top is not ideal to bulky.
