Strange that the share price has not nose dived after this anouncement. whistling.gif

Oh it will. the city investors (the ones still hoding shares) will be seeking clarification from Malcolm Murray, Re: Green/Whyte etc when they get the full SP they'll bale out, the price will drop, the share money will be spent and the fan shareholders will be left with worthless pieces of paper again.

Anyone having a smug smile to themselves at the clamour of Sevconians at the news that the sale of the **** to whyte is subject to an investigation?

And given that most of the said Sevconians don't realise this sale was negotiated and concluded with a certain Mr Gary Withey, employee of a company that is/joined Duff & Duffer... A company that if the evidence proves, should have performed due dilligence on said buyer Whyte, but apparently didn't!

A compamy that was then at the request of Whyte appointed by the court as administrators! A company that at the eleventh hour of facilitating a transfer of assets to Sevco passed some documents to the police in respect of "irregularties" with whyte's takeover!

A company that facilitated the sale of these assets to another Sevco, and carried out the administration of the **** from Feb 2012 to Nov 2012!

If the whole sale of the **** is proved illeagal? then the subsequent rush to transfer to one sevco then another by the same parties will be investigated in full with major consequence...!

this has got plenty of mileage and entertainment value in it for many months to come! No wonder Charlie Chuckles has lost it big time! he can see what's round the corner and it's not looking good.

Don't forget Somner, They'll come back stronger from this lol.giflol.giflol.gif

But seriously some one paid lloyds 18 million so either the floating charge for Ibrox belongs to Whyte or Ticketus. I can't just dissappear. Hence Green bought "some assets" from oldco. In fact if he never bought "the club" or the players or Ibrox or Murrey Park what did he buy?

PS keep hearing that 3 million turned up in an account after the asset transfer and that Green only paid 2 million. If that is true that sounds very like theft. Could there be more court cases to come?

The vultures are picking over a corpse and will be for years to come.
