Guest TPAFKATS
The whole thing has become a pantomime that no-one could have written. It's time to burn this particular Club to the ground and shut the shit down for good. Would you be there to tramp the dirt down?

stlucifer
So now for the latest news: One shady character cons another shady character who cons the public purse and is conned by another shady character who in turn cons the SFA, SFL and more importantly, the old Rangers fans.If it wasn't so sad I could almost laugh. Oh. What the heck! Hahahahahahahahahahahaha! The SFA and SFL MUST take action and rescind the membership of this sham of a club and get it out before the cancer spreads."Green" and "Whyte"? Ironic isn't it. With "Brown" in the background and the "brown" stuff flowing like a "blue" and " red" and "white" sewer as the newco heads down the pan and the money the fans of oldco ploughed in drops into a "black" hole.Well. They did say Charlie was a colourful character!I've now "red" the book and can' t wait for the "blue" movie. And not once has the third division team on the park went through a "purple" patch! It really is comedy "gold"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! beyond our ken
I totally agree with you. I've never understood why some Saints fans have referred to Ibrox Stadium as Greyskull. As well as the valid point you've mentioned about Greyskull being the home of the "good guys", Greyskull actually looks green as well. Sometimes I've thought perhaps Saints fans called Ibrox Stadium "Greyskull" because it looked green in some strange form of irony but I never quite got it. Surely if any stadium looks like Greyskull castle with the huge green stands it would be Celtic Park? Again, though, they aren't good guys either and not fit enough to live in He-Man's Castle. E.T.A. I've just clicked on your link to Wikipedia and I now see that it's all Kirsty McCabe's fault. "Snake Mountain" is ever more appropriate anyway. No Ninjas
http://www.londonstockexchange.com/exchange/news/market-news/market-news-detail.html?announcementId=11552960 ...so has 25% of the sevco parent company just been sold for £250k with it all going for a total of £1m? Those assets include the Book, Film and Television rights to the two takeovers of The Rangers Football Club in 2011 and 2012 as it relates to Craig Whyte. It is intended that these rights will be commercialised in due course. So the club is worth f**k all but the sweetener is you get the royalties from the TV and book deals about Craig White The Movie... Clock must be ticking for the clowns... Good f**king riddance. He is a bit of a legend in investment circles. At one time he was known as the Fifth Horseman of The Apocalypse. To be fair he doesn't say sell Rangers shares but I suspect that's because buying shares in any football club largely makes no sense at all. The chance of ever receiving dividends is remote. You buy shares in football clubs for emotive reasons, apparently even if the club is run by crooks. There's little good news,if any, for Rangers out there. Guest somner9
Ha, ha ha ha.... Bye, bye Chuckles 1355: Charles Green has indicated to the Rangers board he will leave his role as chief executive of the club. Green became chief executive after leading a consortium that purchased the assets of the liquidated Rangers Football Club Plc and is now the subject of an independent investigation - commissioned by the club's board of directors - following allegations of covert dealings with the club's former owner Craig Whyte. Green is the single biggest shareholder in the club, with just under 8% of the overall shareholding.

insaintee
Does not matter if he resigns if him and whyte have been bad then Rangers get punished. It's just not fair is it . It's not the fans fault

insaintee
Share having a wee bounce on the news of Green's departures. Aye him leaving will make it all alright.
bluto
His 'leaving' is as credible as the 'investigation' into him. No idea when/if anything will genuinely occur. EG We know Stewart Gilmour is 'leaving' Saints management, but we've known that for a few years now. It's been suggested that Sir Watty Cardigan will now appear as the messiah to flog STs to the hordes. Amazing how a wee diddy team attracts such meedjah interest...
