Easdale:

"But I would say that, in 140 years, a lot of boards and directors came and went but there's only been one club."

Wrong, dickhead... Two clubs. The dead one and the current tribute act new one.

You're brave.

Your car will be a fireball rolling down the road (at a steady 56mph obviously)

Oh Whit..!

Sevco announce they,ve spunked £70million PLUS the £21million IPO cash on SFA ...... And now won,t/can,t accept

credit/ debit cards for ST payments.....

They are asking the orcs to pay cash in hand ( or the equivalent of as in bank transfer).... Or cheque ( FFS)

So if a multi million pound business in obvious financial distress insists you pay for your goods by cash/transfer' given said business has already folded owing tens of millions..... Would you hand over a wad of notes, catching a glimpse of those fat Easdale bastards out the back of the ticket office stuffing the cash into suitcases with Charlie green helping and laughing their socks off?

Just watch the feckin stoop it orcs queue up to be fleeced again, only this time the fleecers can,t be arsed to hatch a half decent con story to achieve their aim.....

The fat lady is doing her voice exercises as we speak.

Mr Wallace has set out several reasons why his plan might fail. The Bears won't cough up; the market has lost its faith; the banks won't let them operate easily as a trusted business... etc. etc.

I wonder if he's searching for a Big Boy to pull the plug, so he can run away?

"The Club acquired a number of players in Summer 2013 that, based on financial forecasts, it should have known that it could not afford.

§ The first team squad has the second highest wage bill in Scottish football for a team currently playing in the third tier. The total player wage cost is well in excess of the level it should be primarily due to generous and poorly structured contracts that were awarded to some players when they joined the Club.

§ The ability to influence the composition and cost of the squad in the short term is limited due to existing contract periods and terms. Only a small number of current first team player contracts end in Summer 2014 and the team will require strengthening for theChampionship next season.

AND THEN THE REPORT GOES ON TO SAY HOW THEY ARE GOING TO INCREASE THEIR SPENDING lol.gif

I believe they want to liquidate to make a fast buck

IF YOU HAVE ALREADY CANCELLED YOUR SEASON TICKET OR HAVE ALREADY RENEWED, PLEASE IGNORE THIS COMMUNICATION.

Dear Supporter

Rangers FC would like to notify all supporters that from today, Friday 25 April, it has withdrawn the option to use credit or debit card payments for season ticket purchasers.

Following todays Business Review announcement which is available on the Rangers website here, we are contacting all season ticket holders to update them on the options available in order for them to renew their season ticket.

Continued negative external comment and campaigns have created significant operating difficulties and has been threatening the Clubs orderly and progressive recovery.

A current example of the difficulty being faced by the Club, and which will regrettably impact upon supporters, is that for next season supporters will now be unable to pay for their season tickets by credit or debit card. The Clubs merchant acquirer, which processes credit and debit card transactions, has advised that it would require extensive security, including a charge over Ibrox Stadium and an insurance policy at considerable cost to the Club, to protect itself against any potential liability arising from passing on monies from season ticket purchases ahead of next seasons matches.

One of the major factors influencing this decision was the extensive negative coverage of calls in some quarters for supporters to refrain or delay purchasing season tickets.

As previously stated, the Board will not grant security over Ibrox and therefore has regrettably decided that for the current season ticket renewal process it will proceed with direct payment only to the Club by way of bank transfer, cash or cheque payment. Any supporters who are on the automatic renewal scheme will not have their tickets renewed automatically and will also require to renew their seats individually.

The Club recognises that this will inconvenience a significant number of supporters, however in the Boards opinion, the demands placed upon the Club by the merchant acquirer are not in the best interests of Rangers.

Please note however that whilst credit card and debit cards cannot be used to pay for season tickets, the continuous credit card schemes remain unaffected.

To assist supporters at this time, the Club is extending the season ticket renewal window until Friday 16 May, to give every supporter sufficient time to renew their season ticket.

Please note that if you do not submit payment by the revised renewal deadline, the Club reserves the right to release your seat for general sale.

Rangers fans are trying to coerce each other into buying season tickets by using phrases like "traitor" against fellow fans who are expressing any doubt whatsoever.

Can you imagine the response on here if smoeone tried calling Saints fans "traitors" for not buying a season ticket when the club had been run like ICBINR have been?

I was watching the highlights from the Dunfermline v Newco game & was amused by the singing from the home fans 'Yer gonnae die in the summer'

Childish ? Yes , Amusing ? Yes :P

Ps, do all our phones now instantly recognise the word 'Newco' in predictive texts :D

I heard some gossip it's no more than that; but it did strike me as faintly plausible.

If Imran Ahmed succeeds in getting his 500k ring fenced that RFC will be pushed to admin; the theory is cash flow is so tight and will not improve until some season ticket revenue starts to flow. The 500k isn't budgeted and there's no immediate credit available.

So Ahmed tries to ring-fence money and failed in court today

Martin Bain tried to ring-fence money and failed followed by rankgers admin

the law lords are surely not that dumb

cause i can see a similar pattern developing here

  • 2 weeks later...

Athletico spent 61m and won La Liga and get to the CL final. Rangers 'lose' 70m and are runners up in the Ramsden cup.

Maybe if Rangers had only spent £61m. they wouldn't have been promoted. What bastard gave them that extra £9m?
