He's imagining that the polis will find someone whom he loathes to be awfy guilty and will not only PROVE that to be true but will then somehow go way beyond their powers and transfer ownership of potentially ill-gotten goods to yet another party. it disnae work as easily as we might all wish... .The ASSETS may be proceeds of crime but who is johnjames to assign who is best placed for the restitution of those proceeds?
