Haven't heard anything from the CIC side of things. The story I have is that there has been a change at the top of a key organisation round about June. Sadly the new chap in the role is a huge bhigot fc fan and has taken great delight in putting the kybosh on the CIC plans. Pressure has been aplied in other areas and is now starting to bear some fruit. Purely SEN community rumours though and nothing has come from the club.
