Any time I visit libraries in the area there are very quiet 🤫. 😂 I do use the local libraries on a regular basis. Anytime I’m in there are very few people using them. I visit Paisley, Linwood, Johnstone and Ferguslie and often there are more staff than customers. From what I understand you can no longer visit the Town Hall for a casual look around. Only access is for events that you pay for. Libraries have had to evolve and are very different from the "traditional" idea of what a library used to be and look like.
