This might sound bazar to everyone on this forum but I can't keep track of this 10000hours malarky.

I would like to know the official status of 10000hours as defined by the CIC Regulator.

My question to 10000hours is this:

Are 10000hours registered with www.bis.gov.uk/cicregulator

Yes we are.

If you are using the old look up system on the regulators website there was an issue becuase it was alphabetical Tabs A-Z and as our name is a Number we did not appear on their directory.
