Seaside Nipper
Wales were great, fantastic performance. Swing Low bottled it under the weight of expectation. Great to see ...............

salmonbuddie
Grant Gilchrist's injury has ruled him out of the rest of the competition - doesn't have much luck, does he? - but at least we have decent cover at 2nd row. Russell's "ankle inversion" injury still being assessed, hopefully he's not out too, that really would be a major blow. http://www.theguardian.com/sport/2015/sep/28/grant-gilchrist-scotland-ruled-out-rugby-world-cup
salmonbuddie
Blair Cowan called up to replace Gilchrist. Makes sense to bring in another open side, Strauss can cover 2nd row.

USA performed better than I expected in the first half, Scotland impressed in the second. The South Africa match could be a good one. In all truth, if Japan can do it...
salmonbuddie
The problem we have is that Japan beat SA using our game. They'll be more than ready for us and I think Russell being out will make the difference. I like Dunky Weir, he's a safe pair of hands but..... Ah well, there's always Australia putting England out to look forward to - could be the first time a host nation's been dumped out at the group stage. ????
