shull
I was at that game. Hal gave me a few comps for me and a couple of my pals. I spoke to Bomber that day outside the players and officials entrance on Love Street. Told him we would stuff them I thought he would get a game that day. Hal, Bomber and I were all regulars in the Stirling Castle in Old Dumbarton Road. Hal really was a great guy and I always found Bomber dead on too. Hated Bomber's team but I always had and still have a fondness for Morton. I like Morton tae.

Many fans including me and my mate walked the streets of Paisley, Collecting Cans in hand . S.O.S. ( Save our Saints ). Stickers were given out to generous Buddies around the Town. Approximately £1000 was raised for our wonderful Club that day.
