The cars are all new or nearly new so why are their engines cutting out when stopped at lights. Is it automatic or does the driver switch off because he's an envirof**kinmental polar bear shagger. Every set of lights there is some cnut with the engine off then on again doodah. Sometimes they are only at the junction for seconds. Earlier i'm sure i heard 4 cars starting up at a set of lights on Hope St. Get the f**king systems disabled. It's so f**king annoying and no damn point to it whatsover. Cnuts !
