Dave King Says

'Witnessing the selfless extent to which my colleagues are willing to invest has been truly humbling and the structure of the loans advanced means they can be converted to equity when future share issues are undertaken. So, when analysing the financial statements under review these loans can be viewed as equity and not third-party debt"

Craig Whyte said re Ticketus Scam

“These included the retention of £9.5 million on behalf of the club for investment in the squad, expenditure on the infrastructure of the stadium and settlement of an agreed tax liability, together with the availability of working capital to fund the club’s operations.‘The Ticketus deal was by far the best way to protect the club given the circumstances in that they have no security over any assets”

Wonder if they might go bust again and we get saved by restructure :thumbsup

Both King and White talk a good game. I can understand what he says but would like him held to account more than he has been to date. Doesn't make the enforcement of company law here look too clever.

Bovril cup in the photo.

That could've killed him, etc, etc

All kidding aside.........a cup of boiling hot bovril could do a fair bit of damage to the skin.

The glib and shameless liar, King has deposited (apparently) circa £10m in a UK account as directed by TOPS - in order for those who wish him to buy shares from them can be sold at a price that wasn't manipulated by the little group King led in his takeover.

He has tried his best to avoid this scenario but ye cannae keep running from the law, which grinds exceeding slow.

Some Loyal Bears like Ally the gardener have said they won't take advantage of the money spinning offer.

Interesting times and sweaty bum time for sevco's Mr King waiting to see how many take advantage of this licence to cut their losses...

Was this thrown as a protest at the cost of drinks inside Rugby Park?

Should you not be demanding the club do their utmost to identify the fan and get the police onto him?

Happy to see that and a lifetime ban.

Most fans act responsibly. We don't need, don't want, those who can't or won't whichever club the purport to support.

As funny as Lenny Henry. :snore

Not True...he did a turn at a company gathering I was at a number of years ago. He was very poor.

Now a pic of Shull diving on a football field to save a high priced drink from spilling combines three of his passions would be great.

1 Anti Diving

2 High cost of drinks at stadiums

3 Goalkeepers and in particular Samson

Oh...and of course The Govan Club and their supporters.
