GMBB 24 Report post Posted July 14, 2013 Would be a good move for him and us. Doesn't need to move home, still close to Glasgow nightclubs etc. "Watts" your thoughts?

Leicester Saint 957 Report post Posted July 14, 2013 Spoke with Wattzo's agent yesterday and they are keen on a move to the Championship for him. He's probably not good enough for the Championship to be honest. Unless it was one of the relegation candidates. He wouldn't get in to Leicester City's starting eleven, that's for sure.
insaintee 4,927 Report post Posted July 14, 2013 I rate Watt highly from watching the Scotland under 21's he looks better than Rhodes, Russell or Griffiths.

Hambud 3,137 Report post Posted July 15, 2013 It's actually sickening that Celtic are wanting to farm this boy out, they should be playing him week in week out in a league that only they can win. They have a young player who scores the winner in a CL match against Barc, what do they do? Try to loan him out. Guys like Del Peiro, Raul, Rooney even Owen entered the big stage with a bang but weren't dropped and loaned out, they were made to be important at their clubs and teams built around them. I know Watt is probably not in the same class as these guys but why is it Celtic are so good at having the "next Kenny Dalglish" but can never get guys to go onto the next level? What will happen to watt is reminiscent of the great new hopes they had previously, like Mark Burchill, Simon Donnelly, Gerry Creany etc.

Guest somner9 Report post Posted November 14, 2013 Bullet dodged or whit??? http://www.scotsman.com/sport/football/latest/celtic-s-tony-watt-in-more-trouble-at-lierse-1-3188328 I guess by his response to remove his shirt, knowing he would be booked might lead all and sundry to conclude that his current coach may not have been questioning his 'Physical' fitness..?
