saltcoatsbuddie
just seen next squad ,cant believe .Kenny or john not in it ,not saying they have been great but they must have been better than guys playing reserve football ,from what I can see there are 6 guys playing week in week out ,and 1 of them is from a servco team in league 1 ,as for the other 15 ,they will be lucky to get a game for their clubs u19s
ulysses
McGinn will most likely be in the U19s.
Guest TPAFKATS
McLean has been lucky to get into our team imo
insaintee
Similarly Tony Watt has been left out due to scoring two goals in two games in the belgian league fitness issues, and replaced by?
Alba
Just seen that McGinn's not in the U19s either. Seems very strange given the form he's been in of late. Especially so as they seem to have included a couple of 2nd division players and a couple of Parkhead benchwarmers in midfield. If I didn't know better, I might start to think that playing for either half of the OF gave a player an advantage in getting sleected for the national side. What's that you say? Really? Oh. ETA - Just seen other thread on this in 'Other Fitba'. Soz. Edited October 9, 2013 by Alba
ds10
Does Kenny still qualify as a U21 player?
Thorizaar
Does Kenny still qualify as a U21 player?Only just. 22 in January but I think you qualify for an entire tournament if you're 21 or under at the start of it. Therefore you could be 23 when playing in a finals competition.
JohnSMFC
The likes of McLean , McGinn and now even Kelly should be in the squad over the Hearts players who have not been any better and by all accounts, our 3 left sided youngsters swept all over the Hearts youngsters at Tynecastle. Murray7
It may have been McGinn/DL that decided he wouldn't go with the U19s for this. I doubt he'd go from captain one game to dropped in the next game.

FFS it's TOOL. And it's sharpest too. The sharpest tool in the box. Why would you want a bright spark in the box? What possible use could that be and why would it indicate intelligence?
