stlucifer
I hope something similar happens at Utds game today with their player guilty ( hopefully Rankin). Be interesting to see wee Jackies reaction!!!! It happened at our ground. It's just not being highlighted. I would really love it if Lunny looks through all the footage and cites a couple of United players for missed offences! (Keagan style rant there?) saintargyll
strange how both adams and mcnamara ranting and yet both had a player sent off for a horrendous tackle (ross county had two sent off)

Kombi Buddie
the still picture doesn't demonstrate the point you appear to be making whereas there is no doubt from the videa footage that Jim Goodwin caught the fella with a deliberate forearm smash. If it had been the other way round, we'd be screaming blue murder. Jim Goodwin got lucky and so did St Mirren due to the referees incompetence. On another day, he'd have been off with 84 minutes still to play & the outcome would have been so much more different and we'd have got pummelled by Utd if we were down to 10 men for that long. Unless DL gave the instruction to go out & rattle a few cages real early, then JG should be a touch embarrassed that, as club captain, he had to be subbed before half time for the good of the team/club Part & Parcel of the game is stamping your authority on a match, with managers like Jackie Mac happy to spit the dummy, football's Big Jessiefiation will continues . . insaintee
The boy is clearly leading with his elbow and making contact. I'd say its making exactly the point.
Kombi Buddie
The boy is clearly leading with his elbow and making contact. I'd say its making exactly the point. jumping for a ball with your arms out for balance is quite natural whereas deliberately smashing your forearm into another players face deliberately are quite different. Not seen a player yet who jumps with his arms completely by his side. Plenty more players will get caught by flailing arms, an occupational hazard but a deliberate smash across the face is not, regardless of who does it. Debaser
Just watched sportscene and watched in horror at Patons elbow on Pawlett surely united will be linking this on their YouTube channel and reporting their own player to Vincent Lunny. Or can we expect double standards for a second week running?
