Saints V Celtic Lunchtime Sun 5 Jan

Recommended Posts

Yeah Goodwin the liability that misses half a season through daft suspensions!

We need a centre half, another midfielder and another striker :)

JJ tough tackling midfielders tend to get booked a lot. If you tackle tough that's what happens.

The statement was we need to sign a tuff (That's not even a real word) tackling midfielder?

Stop drinking right now, it's getting messy. :cheers

I was in the Tufty club when I was a lad.

We were unlucky v Killie but we'll bounce back. 2-1 Saints with the *****(if I'm still allowed to call them that) scoring in the last 5mins after a double from Thommo.

apparently not....can we say green brigade???They're a bigger shower than the *****.

Is McGinn going to make it?

We really could do with a signing tomorrow, otherwise we could be really struggling for this game numbers wise.

As we all know i was know fan of Harkins. But given McLean is out, Goodwin is out, McGinn picked up a knock and Newtons loan is expiring, shouldn't Danny have at least waited until Gowsers sentencing date before letting Harkins leave on loan?

Only players we have missing are Goodwin and Harkins. Unless you know otherwise? I'm pretty sure those who need to know will know.

I do know otherwise, McLean is definitely out too.

McGinn went off injured on Thursday so i'm assuming he's a doubt for Sunday. What with Newtons deal being over in a few days and McGowans situation we are starting to run out of players.

If you're in the know then I bow to your superior knowledge. Are you a coach, fitness trainer at the club or do you just know someone at the club?

If you listened to what Lennon said after the Killie game you would ALSO know that Lennon was confident McGinn would be ok as it was more precautionary.

His knee was stiffening up, taken off to make sure it didn't worsen.

Imagine you assuming something that wasn't correct? bye1.gif

Maybe the magic radio isn't so bad after all.

Reading mcgowans interview in the paper the other day he said he was fine with the sittuation reading between the lines i think a deal has been worked out so he does not get jail time.

that was how I read it too. No doubt there will be some 'furious' about this me personally am glad that I'm paying to watch him play football than paying to keep him in jail, I do also hope that this is his wake up call and he sorts his head out (and signs for saints for the next 5 years!).

Decided to give this one a miss, having already paid £40 in the last week, and also aware of how badly Saints under Lennon have fared against his team. I fear that a heavy defeat is coming yet again which will still mean ONE point off the millionaires since Lennon arrived. Now that Hopper has left, I wonder who will take over his mantle to score against us.

As for transfer window signings, none please until we get a new manager.

Isn't it time you galvanised yourself for the remainder of the season?
