div Posted January 9, 2014 Report Posted January 9, 2014 Impressed during his first spell with Hibs but as is so often the case he was ruined at Rangers and has never looked decent since IMO. I'd rather see some of our own kids getting a chance of a regular game than waste money on players like him who are clearly well past their best. Quote

So if we do take him lets just see what comes off it but I also agree with many woulld love too see our own youth players shine. Quote

Prior to joining us , Gary had no history with us , whereas, Thomson does . There was the cynical scything of young O'Donnell at Humpden and the night he kicked Murray in the head at LS which resulted in bookings for Murray and Mehmet. . Quote

Defensive midfield hatchet man type player is no place for one of our youth to slot in. We need a proper experienced back up to Goodwin in that role not a young boy Quote
