Stuart Dickson
90 plus games for Aberdeen and he's scored 10 goals. That's the kind of strike rate that would have embarrassed Brian McGinty
Drew
I'm fine with that so long as we get defensive cover in. #anyonebutnovo
Lex
Versatile cover, decent squad signing.
Simon_Towel
Never rated him for aberdeen but I'll reserve judgement until I see how he performs in our squad
billyg
Great signing , and his versatility will come in useful , Aberdeen's 9th choice striker and 7th choice right-back. We are plumbing the depths and deserve to be relegated !
davidg
Edited title. Cant say I know too much about him other than he's not Nacho Novo. Edited January 30, 2014 by davidg

foxbar_bud
Versatile cover, decent squad signing. This, now for a centre half
Drew
So we were interested in a permanent deal but McInnes fancies holding onto him. That is despite having Rooney, Vernon, McGinn, Zola, etc...etc... It just goes to show the budgetary disparity we're dealing with here. We need to be realistic about who we can bring in, and I reckon we could done a lot worse than Magennis. Welcome to the best club in the world, Josh (oh, and give Nacho a boot in the stones from me when you meet him going in the opposite direction!). ds10
Wow, C****c will be quaking in their boots at the thought of facing him on Sunday. pod
Better than Novo or even the suggestion of Baird. Edited January 30, 2014 by pod
billyg
Edited title. Cant say I know too much about him other than he's not Nacho Novo. Novo's a 1 in 3 scorer , Magennis is 1 in 10. Striker on his granny's side !
Lex
He's played 98 SPL games for Aberdeen and has won full caps for Northern Ireland. Can we expect to sign players of higher caliber than him?
Frank McGarvey' wonky legs
He has a great long throw in if we get that far forward.
Saintgaz
Decent signing with some good potential of a striking partner for thomo
Magic Monkey
Right, well, there ya go. I haven't got a f**king scooby what system we play any more. Which puts me in the same bracket as Danny Lennon, presumably. We keep signing strikers and keep playing with one up front. f**king magic. Rabinho
90 plus games for Aberdeen and he's scored 10 goals. That's the kind of strike rate that would have embarrassed Brian McGintyAs far as I know Brian McGinty never played right back. Craig Brown gave him his most recent deal on the strength of his performances there. So in actual fact he has a decent scoring record for a defender.
