northendsaint
It is with deep regret that i have to inform our fellow St Mirren fans of the passing of Willie McMillan.Willie was a legend amongst our members for his ability to sell football cards everywhere we went.Over the years his contribution to our club was immeasurable and contributed to our continued success and ability to prosper. He will be laid to rest this Tuesday at 12-00 o,clock at Woodside and i,m sure his family would welcome your presence.I for one will never forget him and the banter we shared.Wembley,Wales,Whitley Bay and the length and breadth of Scotland.God bless you Willie and may you rest in peace. Geordie Saint
R.I.P Willie. A memorable character from my trips north, particularly from years gone by when the North End folks used the court bar and then the Hole in the wa'. Sad news. Miss Saint
There was a good wee turnout from the North End as well as his family and friends and a glass was raised to him in Langs afterwards. He'll be up there selling a card noo..
