Lex
Our final pre split match and a big game for both teams. I think this is a very winnable match against a Well side that just lost at home to Killie. Hopefully see a big crowd in Paisley and we will roar the team on to a memorable victory. I will go for a 2-1 home win. Come on you Saints!
Sergie's no1 fan
We always seem to beat them when the chips are down. Hopefully our defence keep big Sutton quiet and Thompson causes them problems at the other end. No reason why we shouldn't be looking to win the 3 points. faraway saint
Anyway, as has been said, we have a decent record against this lot when the chips are down so 2-1 Saints and the pain continues. TsuMirren
Partick will probably beat Hearts, as Archibald isn't a clueless coward, so we really need something out of this match. Ross Co play on the Friday too...5 pts adrift going in to the split could basically be it.

Also you're drooling over the possibility Ross County will win on Friday. Couldnae make it up, forever the optimist.
Isabella Duke
2-0 win for Motherwell. We have the players, unfortunately the clueless management team will let us down again.
bigjerseybuddie
A win for us, and the teams around us, brings hibs right into the mix. Questions have been asked whether or not we have the stomach for a fight, but do hibs who haven't been in the play off equation until now? The hibees will be very nervous now as they go into the last part of the season playing against a number of teams who have been feeding off scraps for a number of weeks. The bottom six games always throw up some weird results. I suspect ( and hope) that Particks revival is about to severely tested. I hate the fact that we white knuckle the last part of the season EVERY year, however we can never be accused of playing meaningless boring end of season games. We look forward to our customary nervous breakdown/ immediate recovery when we confirm our spl status for another season with one game to go. Or will we leave it til the last game just for the entertainment?
Dibbles old paperboy
2-0 win for Motherwell. We have the players, unfortunately the clueless management team will let us down again. Stop calling the senior pros clueless please. 1 point from 15 is good going given their lack of managerial experience.

We could be 5 behind going into the split easy. Thistle will beat hearts and county who are the form team will be well fancied to beat Inverness at home. Our sorry excuse of a season will need drastic improvement and can we raise our game and win a league game for only the ninth time in 1 year and two weeks since we won the cup. ? norrie82
I really hope we win on sat and we can do it but I just can't see it myself. Motherwell with Lasley, Sutton , McFadden and McManus have quality and I suspect too much for us Edited March 30, 2014 by norrie82

Callum Gilhooley
We need to get right behind the team from start to finish. They are short on confidence. No coincidence that some of our biggest games in seasons gone by have tended to be away from home with a raucous support. So why not erect a huge feckin beer tent in the car park, pack it full of beer, loud music, tv's showing endless replays of LC final 2013, Great Escape vs Motherwell, 87 cup win DVD, Love St the movie..... ....alternatively we should just take over the Dome with a carry out. . Why not ?! For one week only , turn the North Stand into the Home end. That way the fans will think the whole world is against us & will be in full voice , a la falkirk & fir park..... & the team will not be under the pressure that a home support at Greenhill road heaps upon them ! ( apparently! ) C O Y S !!!!!

The thing about being the form team is it usually doesn't last all that long; eg Hearts were the form team in August and were going to overtake us before October, we were the form team in November and then the players shaved off their moustaches and went back to losing regularly... Houston Saint1
Hope the Saints Supporters get out in numbers on Saturday for this crucial game, i'm sure with their backing, we can get 3 points ,we would then be back in the mix and the pressure would really be on Hibs. Saints 2 Motherwell 1 Steven Thompson 1st goal and John McGinn 2nd Crowd over 5,000 Best of luck to our under 20's in the cup semi final on Sunday. (Love Street - 2.00 pm) We are St.Mirren.
