Stuart Dickson Posted June 16, 2014 Report Share Posted June 16, 2014 The bottom 4 clubs in the Premier League all changed their managers mid season - Foolham had three managers and a huge turnover of players and backroom staff. It was pleasing to see Cardiff relegated - nothing against Cardiff - more because of the treatment of Malky MacKay. I'm no advocate of changing managers for changes sake but Sunderland really did have to get rid of Di Canio and Poyet was a superb appointment. Sunderland need a bit of stability now though and some long term planning. Hopefully the club will give him time to develop the whole club.
