I accept the TV picture showing the large piles of mixed votes on a NO table has been explained (even by a Yes Campaign official at the venue) as they were just being stored there until being moved to the appropriate tables. However, the woman doing the counting is clearly taking ALL votes from the YES pile and replacing them with just one vote! This needs explaining, and not from you. Yes voters scrapping the barrels and not able to accept they have lost the vote. When a ballot box is opened the scrutineers are invited to check seals are in tacked, box is then opened and contents are checked. Before counting begins both would have to agree to continue.
