WeeBud
irNo I would rather they get paid to perform to the best of their ability or fine them Not quite sure that's how employment law works and how would you determine "best of their ability"?? ulysses
I think this is a pretty good signing. Definitely needed a different option out wide.
Lord Pityme
Let's hope he fits in well and manages to score a few goals. Can he "do a job"Does he "know where the back of the net is"? Does he "have a good motor on him" Will he go "box to box" Ffs will he score before he gets sent aff at leas once? foxbar_bud
Decent signing, we certainly need better width in the team. Wouldn't be my first choice signing (position wise) but certainly 'better than what we have' and in our position I can't argue with getting better players in
Lord Pityme
Does this free up Reilly to partner Cheesy?
WirralSaint
Good luck to him but we just don't seem to target our weak positions what so ever but simply go for who we can get at the right price. Another chunk of cash gone and the glaring deficiencies not addressed yet...can only hope over the next 102 hours we can attract a decent centre half. The fact we can't put in a decent cross is a glaring deficiency. Maybe some of Reilly's pals could persuade him to walk away for free so we can get a defender with his wage. Luther G. Presley
Good signing, if it was one of our relegation rivals who signed a player of this calibre I'd be worried.

Indeed, trumps every Ross Co or Motherwell signing by quite some way.
Big Yards
It would be an even better signing if he was linking up with McLean but it looks like kennys on his way after this left footed attacking midfielder has been brought in! This guy is a winger, no? A different type of player from McLean altogether.

Big Yards
This guy is a winger, no? A different type of player from McLean altogether. It's not a straight replacement. We bring McGinn into central midfield to replace mclean and play Dayton out wide. Why else would we sign another midfielder when we're crying out for a centre half and a striker? Maybe some of Reilly's pals could persuade him to walk away for free so we can get a defender with his wage. Every 2nd post last few week's game threads was on how we've missed chance after chance ...how good Mallan's delivery was but no one could get on the end or head the ball on target. It's getting in there we just need 1 to put the bloody thing in the net and one at the other end to help keep the bloody thing out of ours.
