It seems he has good contacts and unearthed good talent still playing in Inverness. Much better talent than we have at present much much better. 1 point in 30 at home but hey let's just give the gig to Gary it's cheap and it's easy Talent discovered was almost entirely down to Steve Marsella. Hire him to get us players. And by the way, Butcher was not liked up here by the players....another bully ala Adams at County....Allegedly. He found the players. Not Terry. Too many soft prima donnas playing and if they are earning good money for doing 90 minutes work on a Saturday then roll with it. We all get criticised in life and, if deserved, deal with it. Yes , with a couple of players already shipped out and having played some games without a recognised forward , we really should have had a forward coming in on Friday , loan deal or otherwise . The apathy continues. Hard to disagree. It's difficult to get players in January but we have known about the striking issue for months. We should really have someone lined up to come in ready to play. Either that or we roll over and accept what is going to be almost certain relegation if we don't address it. Terry Butcher is by no means a God amonst football managers, but what he is, is proven at this level. Even if he came in and we still went down, I'd expect him to have us challenging in the Championship next season, regardless of who's in it. Strange how its taken us so long to make an appointment , or show any interest in players during the transfer window .
