Magic Monkey
Fair play. Decent source. I think we just, collectively, need to see something happening. Any sort of freshness or new impetus. Please.
DougJamie
Without going all Brookside on you, calm down, calm down. The striker county have signed is Craig Curran, just released by Nuneaton. He has 38 career goals in 219 appearances, which is around 1 goal every 6 games, generally in the lower leagues or non league in England. He is shite. If we had signed someone like that, there would be calls on here for witch-hunts to be brought back and GT and SG in line for the dooking. Is this guy that played yesterday and scored!!! Seaside Nipper
Lol. On radio scotland talking about Alex Harris was an upcoming star at hibs said terry butcher recked his confidence. Exactly what we need a guy to wreck our players confidence To be fair that has been said a lot of Butcher, he's old school , his man management is not universally admired, quite the contrary, with the ICT being an exception. Most recently he alienated many of the Hibs squad and consequently they didn't to play for him. His past is chequered when you look across his cv, he's not the messiah, but if it is a rocket the team need then he is yer man Personally I wouldn't touch him, if he is the best of the 40 plus candidates, then we are indeed condemned
Danny
Suggestion from a Hibs fan on P&B that Paul Hefferman is coming to us Desperation stuff indeed! http://www.hibs.net/showthread.php?296561-The-2015-January-transfer-window-thread&p=4265717#post4265717

heidtheba
Malachi Farquarson has been up for a 2 day trial. Harrogate Railway striker, he's scored 13 goals since his return from injury in October. [incidentally, Cartman, his co-striker at HR., has hit the net 36 times this season (incl 5 pens).]

This guy plays in a league that features two clubs from Ossett (Albion and Town). Ossett? I hear you call. And well you might. Ossett has a population of 21,000. Oh, and just to be clear....the league in question is the home of both Ossett clubs. This takes the concept of signing lower league Enlgish players to a new level, no? Froggie would be pleased.....ribbit! http://www.harrogateadvertiser.co.uk/sport/football/harrogate-railway-striker-malachi-farquharson-catches-st-mirren-attention-1-7039899
