Who are the third team? County are picking up points, so are the plastics.

RC are still catchable. Thistle win should see them OK as either Motherwell or us have to win 4 in a row to catch them and that's not going to happen. Motherwell have McDonald and we are relying on Thommo who is still struggling for fitness and form.

Will add it was another tremendous travelling support today. The fans who follow the side away from home have been excellent all season.

Seen a photo of them on Facebook. Looked a good crowd. Hope they made a lot of positive noise (unlike many of those in here.) Shame the team on the park didn't quite manage it today.

Full time 1-0

Sore one definitely. Second half was much the same as the first. We started it brighter, they ended it brighter. Difference being they scored at the end of their bright period.

I didn't understand the sub of Dayton around 70 minutes, felt he was one of our better players. Maybe he picked up a knock... If he didn't it's pretty baffling. From that point on we lost our way.

Last 10 minutes we dropped deeper and deeper to hold on for the point, and the goal we conceded was coming.

At least County and Well never won. We play both of them twice before the end of the season, for us it's clearly going to come down to the results in those 4 games.

Now watch the forum descend into meltdown...

We shouldn't be playing for a point ala Gus days. We need wins. While the appointment of TC was a shambles, to continue with a rookie is continuing our shambolic season. Bottom line is that we are no better results wise under T and L. I honestly cannot see how we can get out of this when we are poor up front. Killie today are just as poor as RC and a few others. They are able to score and that was the only difference.

Very disappointed not to get anything from that game. I thought we played very well in spells, a lot of well work passes and the players looked up to the fight.

Same old story at the end of the day we've not picked up any points and it's not looking good.

That's what happens play well and pick up nothing

Pointless getting upset, they aren't good enough even playing well

The place needs to be gutted come the summer

We can't keep on making excuses - the league table doesn't lie and we probably deserve to be bottom. Ironic that it is a piss poor league this season and we have actually gone backwards. Really thought that we had to take something from today so the players better wake up and smell the coffee as we are heading towards the Championship unless we can put some sort of run together

Thought the biggest problem today was the lack of movement up front. The midfield were winning the ball ok but there was little movement about them to make a forward pass. Dayton looked the liveliest and was surprised when he got hooked - I assume a knock otherwise a woeful decision. And if we are going to play Thommo then tell him to run his guts out for 45 then bring on Arquin for the second 45. He shuffled about for 90 mins and is very far being off being match fit. Arquin on for about the last 3 mins was a waste of time - give the guy a chance if you are bringing him on.

Just back, we look nailed on for relegation.

Thought our subs were poor today, Kelly should have went off when injured and why take Dayton off who was causing them problems.

Gow, Thommo, could both have gone off and Arquin should have been used earlier.

Goodwin and McGinn pass marks, rest and manager must do better.

Agree with the subbing of Dayton, nonsense unless injured and seemed to totally change the balance of play in Killies favour but can't agree 're Gow, thought he played well very clever and technically good. We tired really badly and the wee long haired Killie lad took full advantage, he ran the last 15 mins. Thomson looked done on today's evidence and what a waste of space Wylde is.

On the positive side we are only 1 point worse off after today's game because County drew. We need to hope that we can get it right soon and get a few wins to drag us out of this.

Abso bull shite. How is it good were only one point worse off. We're now two games from safety. And our next two games st j away and Celtic at home. So could be almost relegated by the split if county pick up a couple of wins which they easily can do

Very disappointing today.

Ridger looked solid , Goody was superb despite some terrible provocation from Magennis.

Genev done well but had a couple of early howlers which would have got cheesy crucified

Kelly looks knackered

McGinn competed well but final ball still awful

Thommo looksninterested & done.

Wylde looked shite. Heres a tip greg. try running ROUND the defender instead of INTO him.

Sadlier looks decent

Scunnered !

It does not look good.

Division on here between optimists and pessimists and which of them has the moral high ground.

The reality is that most of us (especially the BoD) have been kidding ourselves on for most of the season that we are good enough to stay up.

I watched the excellent Tony Fitzpatrick YouTube video earlier today (strongly recommended) which makes our present plight hard to stomach. We have a very proud history and tradition as one of the founder members of the Scottish league. The Ferguson/MacFarlane/Clunie era was one when we aspired to greater things than mere survival in a very ordinary league. During that golden period we actually recorded 7 out of 8 points (when it was just 2 points for a victory) against Celtic in one season.

What saddens me most on this forum is that, whilst accepting that we have no divine right to be in the top tier of Scottish football, a lot of Saints fans have adopted the limited ambition adopted by the Board and are resigned to a mere survival mentality. Unfortunately even that now seems beyond us.

We urgently need some positive and creative forward planning to recover from the mess we are in now.

We didn't turn up second half and the performance for most of the second 45 mins was pretty shambolic for a side fighting for their top league status. Teale picked the wrong starting line up and it's become quite clear that we need an experienced manager in place. Alas it's now to late as we look a very poor side and destined for a bottom place finish and automatic relegation.

I wish the season would hurry up and end as its absolute torture watching us in our current state.
