SG. Gave a really good interview on BBC Radio Scotland. He is hurting badly as are the rest of the board. I don't understand why he didn't come out earlier and state his case.

What was his case? Did he explain why they have made a string of shocking decisions and have allowed a general sense of apathy to be created around the club?

St Mirren: Ridgers, Naismith, Kelly, McGinn, McAusland, Genev, Mallan, Goodwin, Thompson, Arquin, Wylde. Subs: Gow, Sadlier, Reilly, Dayton, Brown, Sonupe, Wilks.

So the people held responsible for last week's disaster are Dayton and Sadlier? Weird.

.

He admits that they've got it wrong this year, however he points out that they didn't intentionally get it wrong.

No, I don't read it that way, he has just gone for route one football from half time at Motherwell and has dispensed with the wingers, I suspect we will see the pair of them in the second half.

Although our 6 months under Tommy Craig were an utter disaster, thanks to the equally dire starts by Ross County and Motherwell, our season was still able to be rescued in December had we appointed the right manager and made a few shrewd signings in January. Instead, SG went on holiday to South Africa, and we went through most of the January transfer window unsure whether Teale was getting the gig or not, sold McLean on the last day of the window, and then were left signing untried youngsters and out of contract guys like Gow long after the window closed. Teale also doesn't seem to have much faith in his January signings... Sonupe, Sadlier, Gow have rarely started and now Dayton seems to be dropping to the bench or getting subbed if he starts and Wylde and Arquin are back in favour! Teale increasingly looks like he is clutching at straws dropping Arquin, Thompson, Wylde and reinstating them a game or two later.

Contrast this with Ross County and Motherwell's January dealings strengthening their team and pulling them away from us at the bottom.

At least five? Which five would "hold their own in any team in the SPFL"?

When Ridgers leaves us he'll go back to being a career back up.

Naismith and Kelly wouldn't get near another top flight team based on this season.

McAusland and Genev?

Goodwin wouldn't be entertained by another side due to his disciplinary record.

McGinn, as I've said will be picked up by someone either up her or down South.

Dayton is shit.

Sadlier is unproven at this level.

Mallan's level has dropped off alarmingly after a great start showing he's not ready.

Arquin?

We're bottom of the league precisely because our players aren't good enough. Which five of the above do you think are good enough to walk into other teams?

Goodwin will have a few clubs wanting him.
