What we know is that teale was manager of a team that got relegated and burchill kept a team up against all the odds ....He's agreed a new contract at livi in principle but not signed he's expected to sign this on Monday , so perhaps we have nipped in just in time ... He has had just us much managerial experience as Teale, taking over in December last year. Too much of a risk on another rookie despite his good end to the season. We just need to make sure we play it right, as the similarities in his experience to Teale's could raise some doubts amongst the support.
