proudtobeabuddy
Ok we've been hammered in a meaningless friendly against good opposition. If we look on the positive side it shows Murray where we need to strengthen and work on. We will learn more from a better team than playing a weak one and winning, i think this will give the players a kick up the arse and leave them under no illusions about how hard they're going to have to work in the coming weeks. faraway saint
Could be worse, could be Kilmarnock supporters, Killie 0-4 Dundee.
Drew
What a shower of greeting faced c***s, it's a pre season friendly against an englishb championship side, a level way above anything we will face in the league this season. Get a grip of yourselves fs Blunt, but fair.

pozbaird
Not clarting my nappy or overly concerned, just a shame they couldn't have at least avoided a gubbing for what appears to be a good turn out of travelling Saints fans who have made an effort, and spent a fair bit, to follow the team to an away friendly. pozbaird
At least we're only getting pumped in a pre-season workout. Killie are getting pumped 4-0 at home in the league by Dundee. I'll start getting worried if Morton, Dumbarton and Alloa start handing us out doings. Oh, edit... Gie's a signing or three. ronaldo
No sure how much it is fans are knicker wetting. Could it not be the case that we've known for 2 months where we need to strengthen and 1 week before the season starts we still don't have any of these positions filled. Players take time to gel so the longer we leave it, the further behind we could fall. If fans are confident that's great, it's not happy clapping, if others are worried it's no knicker wetting, it's all opinions

Danny couldn't see it / address it, Tommy couldn't see it / address it, Teale couldn't see it /address it! We're hooked on lightweight loanees and midfielders. It's a drug. Paisley junkie basturts' right enough. We need a regular fix of wee ginger midfielder types who run around a lot or we suffer withdrawal symptoms. nedflanders123
Sheffield Wed are a big club with resources we can only dream of. The match us about fitness and our manager getting a better understanding of how we fare against players of a quality we will not face in the league. Better to identify and try to sort things out in a friendly game than when the league kicks off.
