Should appeal to people of the generation that bought Star Wars figures in Variety Stores back in the early 80's. A return to form for the franchise, nice to see a lot of "tips of the hat" to a new hope , touch of comedy was just right. Its rated at 12A but the cinema was full of kids who were obviously quite a bit younger. There was a six year old girl with her dad sitting next to us. Her dad said shes Star wars Daft !! She sat transfixed throughout . One or two darker (side) bits which might not suit some kids but i would have had no problem taking my two at that age.
