Stevie88
Rocco is a decent player, no doubt about it, but just don't see a place for him anymore. Exactly what we need if we're to bring in the striker we're looking for... hopefully Brian Graham ????
Drew
Best of luck to him, but we need the space on the wage bill. It just didn't work out between one thing and another. Absolutely the correct decision.
thomsons dropped it
All the Best Rocco, injuries conspired to rob us of a good player far too often. Shame really.
Tommy
Wouldn't surprise me if he retired from playing and gets a job in the real world. He certainly was very happy at the end of the Hibs game so all the best to him.
Liverpool Bud
Wasn't expecting to read this news there is a decent player there when not injured Rocco is the kind of player who may just come back to haunt us

Had heard he may be forced to retire, which would be a great shame. I actually think that's what will happen , and he will receive some sort of insurance pay out , and will only continue to play at a level that allows him to receive the payout , its quite clear he isn,t fit enough for the demands of full time football . Good Luck Rocco

Saint Garf
A bit sad to see Rocco go, a very good player when fit. I think his chances might have been limited this season with us, been waiting for this to happen since McShane signed. I'm sure he'll have been keen to go, because he's too good a player to be sitting on the bench. He'll be an asset to another club, probably in this division. Good luck to him, unless he's playing against the buds. Would imagine there's a player on the verge of signing then, if we're clearing space on the wage bill. Julian Banjos
There must have been about 4 or 5 games in a row before the transfer window when Rocco started and was subbed off on 60 minutes. JR said that was all he could manage with this chronic injury he has. A real shame. He's probably looking at part-time football or retirement now. Good luck to him.
