Lanarkshire_Bud
We're also still lacking in any real pace.
JJ McG
Better hope we get the Hardie deal done soon, apart from Morgan there is no pace in the team.

proudtobeabuddy
Still 2 weeks to get it right. Beating the unwashed and getting our league campaign off to a good start is our priority.
murray street
Not sure I would agree with the guys on St Mirren radio, they are saying we should be encouraged by todays performance and hamilton are flattered by the score, sounds to me like we got a doing. Isle Of Bute Saint
I will not judge these preseason games in what is a build up to the league, however a cash boost in the next round would be a help to bring in a player according to Alex. Thought it was interesting last night listening to Gordon Scott saying any team could beat any team in the championship that we could end up anywhere hopefully promotion but could be lower. Pretakeover it was getting us promoted in most interviews.

TopCat
Disappointing result, certainly never expected to get humped but it sounds like we were.Shouldn't be fatal though. Win at home to Edinburgh City next week and we are through, and that's all that really matters.

JJ McG
Middle of the park isn't good enough for us, we still need to sign another central midfielder even with Quinn coming back into the team. Lacking pace up top as well, Hardie would be ideal but not sure if it will happen.Big wake up call for us.

He's had a pre season with the players this time around and although this was the league cup , these are still pre season games. He'll have us fit and ready for the big kick off. penileebud
Awful in EVER department... Nothing to do the park or the officials (both were rubbish mind you) lots of work to do in the next 2 weeks
ulysses
The midfield needs to be more dynamic. Zero creativity from Mallan or Hutton. We were also far to rigid.
santaponsasaint
Absolutely dire. Part from Langfield the rest can hang there head in shame. No desire. No effort. Can't shoot can't tackle. Why did we bring 2 new central defenders and we play the same defence that was poor last season. All in all embarrassing.Sent from my SM-G900F using Black & White Army mobile app
scrappy coco
I thought Hamilton were rotten, so that just tells you how bad we were, dreadful game.. On the positive side the new away kit looks really smart a lot nicer than I first thought..

Sent from my SM-G900F using Black & White Army mobile app I'm also puzzled by the non-appearance of Gordon and McKenzie. Is it a cunning plan to put off the Ton who were apparently shit-hot today (according to the radio).
Dirty Sanchez
I don't see any mention of head-to-heads counting as a tie-breaker. If not, 9 points could see us in 3rd place.
Edinbuddie
I thought we'd be fine with 9 points, but Hamilton and Ayr can both make 9 points as well, and our goal difference just took a hammering.

Edinbuddie
How can they both make 3 points from the same game ? Hamilton have Livingston and Edinburgh City to play, and Ayr have Livingston to play. Us, Hamilton and Ayr have all lost one game.
