shull
RELEGATION BATTLE BETWEEN THE SHITES IN WHITE I've witnessed Saints fans protesting twice behind the Somerset Park Main Stand. Once against Jimmy Bone and the other against Joe f*cking Timmons. COULD BE A THIRD PROTEST NEXT WEEK ( if we have any strength left to give a f*ck ) Anyway, Ayr Unitit 0 St Mirren 1 Crowd 2313

You're fine there as, going on what was seen today, football is something you won't see further "doon the watter" next Saturday. Drew
A few of us heading down on the choo choo next week. I suspect we might just stay in the pub. There is an outside chance that the sea air will get to Rae, and he might set the team up to play football. Too far?

whydowebother
2-2 As we don't employ managers on 2 game rolling contracts ( as some would seem to wish ) Saints will improve , will compete & will climb the league much to the surprise of many in the coming weeks. Surprise and delight! Like any other supporter all i want is to go and watch decent football and occasionally win a game. If this happens, most will be happy. Bud the Baker
Most of that early season optimism's gone. This is a must win game in terms of not getting detached from the (promotion ) play off spot. Ayr have been fairly ropey since their LC win against Hamilton and must be beaten one way or another if AR's credibility is to be maintained. DougJamie
3 matches in and utterly no change in the way we have played. So assuming AR is thick as phuck and sticks to his guns of not having a midfield 2-0 Ayr, however if he realizes that we need to pass, flood midfield and play a striker up front 1-0 Saints, big Day for Rae. ulysses
If Quinn is out I'd seriously consider putting Irvine or even an U20s centre mid in there with Hutton and Mallan. Control the midfield first, get a grip on the game, and then try and get the goals.
