Ronnie
I actually thought Walsh and Hardie played quite good yesterday seemed to cause Qots problems with pace but too often final decision by other players put paid to good build up play. 1 example being Morgan in first half got ball just outside box put's it onto his right foot no Qots player closing him down from inside box he is on edge of box instead of shoot he turned back to beat player chasing him from behind then shoots high into stand with his left(weaker) foot. Look at Qots first goal ball is backheeled to Lyle takes a touch then shoots for goal as hard as he could simple tactics but effective something we seemed scared to do yesterday and previously games also. As much as Morgan put in more of a shift than most players yesterday at times he took too much time on ball instead of getting balls into box early. Said after 15 mins yesterday game could finish something like 3-3 or 4-3 and think it still could have had we made better/quicker decisions around the box. Given what he scored at Raith in this league, three.

TopCat
Hardie did nothing yesterday Missed an absolute sitter in the first half when Walsh stuck a cross on his napper from 6 yards out. It's either him, Clarkson or Shankland up with Sutton. All 3 of them are shite sadly.
Sonny
Quote from the match report printed in the Scotsman ... At times Queens were guilty of not ramming home their supremacy against a Saints team completely lacking spirit, heart, leadership, ideas, organisation, shape, solidity and punch. Could not agree more - it is not just St Mirren fans that can see we are pish.
