In-depth, world-ranging, sharp, insightful, brilliant, unusual, unexpected, compassionate, articulate... did I mention brilliant?. Otherwise it is dross. Minutiae, pop, platitudes, PR hand-outs.... based almost wholly on the Central Belt..... that's in the BIG 6 o clock news, followed by some tosser talking about Gerrit on - with YOUR choice of music. Even the main UK news programmes from all the major networks aren't as parochial as to cover only UK based stories. It always read to me as though the SNP wanted their own news programme so that Kim Jong Sturgeon could tell us all that all was rosy in Scotland while the population suffering her rule know otherwise.
