Sorry Drew, he actually wrote he wouldn't be remaining a member and quite clearly wrote he was out.

So Mr Dickson. Are you a man of your word, are you or are you not a member of SMiSA now?

i resigned my membership. I wrote to Barry Mitchell informing him of my decision and my reasons in the clearest possible manner. I informed both him and GoCardless that I wanted to cancel my direct debit and within a few hours I received notification that had been done. I wasn't aware of the share issue that rea has pointed out but regardless I don't regard myself as a member and I wouldn't be expecting a vote in the upcoming AGM.

As previously outlined though I do have a period of six months from resignation to raise a grievance.

And presently, do you have any grievances about anything related to St Mirren FC ? :D

Six months eh..? Suppose it takes six months to raise anything these days...

Indeed.

If it was me though i would be calling him out to make a proper summary and then responding very very robustly and get all of this put to bed for good

With respect this is utterly naive. There is no chance that answering one question from Dickson will result in this being put to bed for good. He has an agenda and will now pursue that ruthlessly. This isnt about him getting answers. This is about him getting to indulge himself by controlling other people.

give SMISA a chance.

I'd take it as a compliment that you've got others attention on that thread. Regardless of their motives for filling the thread with shite, let them crack on. The more non SMISA board members that post is more complimentary. Have a beer bud & relax.

Kombi, I've been blitzed all week. Still no response from SMiSA but it made watching St Mirren much easier.

Can we just agree that SMiSA aren't going to respond and accept that SMiSA are a f**king shambles run by a board who really shouldn't be allowed anywhere near the football club? I know I'm supposed to keep drinking till Monday but my son is playing tomorrow and I'd kinda like to be sober for that one. Unlike St Mirren, his team has got some capable footballers and they may even win.

I've kept my mouth shut long enough - why don't you f**k off. You're a prick who does nothing but slag everyone and everything to do with St Mirren FC. We don't need wankers like you anywhere near the club so it would be a real pleasure to most of us if you ceased spouting your bile on here.

You get from a community what you put in. You contribute nothing but bile, vitriol and negativity so why should you expect anything else in return or indeed be indignant when you don't receive more than you contribute?

A Forum Swearbox would be an ideal addition.

The contents of which could be donated to Jack's Budget or even to the Community.

Ah finally - the penny appears to have dropped. Yes you are right you get from your community what you put in. For the last 20 years St Mirren have put nothing but the tiniest of token efforts into the local community in Paisley. No wonder there's more football fans leave the town for Ibrox and Parkhead than ever make there way to Greenhill Road. Yet here you have a Community Benefit Society with a pledge to put the club at the heart of the community - and despite their regulated duty to do so they continue to f**k it up.

Lord Pityme is absolutely right in his other thread. The baw is bust. A new board, new ownership, fan ownership and a pile of potential all f**ked up by the people who should have done better.

But you hide behind the facade of this being all about SMFC and what's best for it when the fact is that it's about your own personal vendetta against the club and those in charge. Always has been. You don't give a toss about St. Mirren unless you gain personally in terms of finance or status.

The problem is that you're not half as smart as you think you are and everyone on here can see through this 'oh but the community' facade right to the very core of what you actually are. A horrible, poisonous, downright nasty, self-serving individual with no genuine regard for community if you aren't the figurehead or part of the hierarchy within it.

Unbelievable, just frigging unbelievable. So now SMISA and Saint Mirren as a whole stand accused of not stemming the tide of...actually no, f**k it, why bother.

Utter bollocks. First off I've never hidden from anything in my life. I post under my real name, the club has my address, email and phone number. One fanny even posted my picture on this thread, a picture that I can only assume was lifted from my sons Facebook account. I've never claimed it was all about SMFC, not once. I rejoined SMiSA because I believe in Fan Ownership and I believe in the importance of football clubs getting back involved in their local communities. I made it very clear it was all about the community element for me and that if the community involvement wasn't developed I'd not be long in resigning. I even offered SMISA my assistance. I've been 100% true to my word. And I have never taken a penny from the club - or indeed from representatives of the club when I've met them. I've even picked up the bar bill.

Now if only others would wake up to what you've said. You get from the community what you put in. You are 100% right and that's why the football fans leave the town in their droves. The Community Benefit Society is an utter shambles, and they've left themselves wide open to action from the FCA with this stupid breach of the asset lock. And the sad part is people like you still defend them despite the damage they are doing.

Dear Mr Dickson,

Have you got a social media platform which is open for all to see?

Kind regards,

Fanny.

Conveniently you skip the issue again. I never said you hid, at least not behind a pseudonym or alias on here. What you DO insist on hiding behind though is a pretence that you are some sort of altruistic individual who is all about the community when those of us who have been around long enough to know better (which,  to be fair is most of us now) know you're actually a self-serving egomaniac. You are to 'community' what Tommy Sheridan is to socialism, you bang the drum loudest,  shout from the highest rooftop but on the sole proviso that you're the man being given all the plauditsand adulation and you're the one receiving the benefits of spearheading the community drive.  But when you're ignored for a f**king multitude of reasons, time and again you simply f**k off in a major strop. There is no point in denying or refuting this as its been well documented on here for the best part of 15 years now.

You seem to have,  in your own head at least,  morphed yourself into a potential 'saviour' of this club,  offering up ideas and guidance in how to make it profitable  and genuinely,  no one will listen to you or give any type of leverage to you solely because of your attitude problems.

Does SMISA need to improve? That is without doubt.  The statement directed at you about getting back what you put in works both ways and I fully accept that. It concerns me however that whilst I've accepted your standpoint in turning what I've said against me in terms of SMFC and their place within the community  you seem to be ignoring the original and clear reasons behind the statement in the first place.

The club has your phone number, address, e-mail address, and you offered SMiSA help. You have never taken a penny from the club. You are a strong advocate of football clubs doing good in the community, and, lest we forget, you steadfastly stood your ground in the boardroom to hammer the Rangers even in the hypothetical scenario whereby staff at St Mirren would lose their jobs. Others, including me, wavered. You didn't.

Sound like a good guy, yet no-one at the club is taking your calls or responding to your 'asset lock' and 'community' related rants.

Take the fcuking hint.
