I distinctly remember at the 2-2 game at Airdrie at the end of the 76/77 season, the Airdrie right winger clearly did something to piss oor John off. Mowat sat on top of him on the deck and proceeded to punch 7 bells out of him. I'm not even convinced Mowat even got sent off? It was simpler times back then. Anyone else remember that?
