Spoke to my Renfrew "mole" who confirmed there are some disappointing things going on which could certainly damage the playing side.

This would be a shame after consolidating their position last season they had hoped to attract better players to give them a crack at getting into the top league next season.

:(

I don't know

Their season ticket sales went through the roof

As season ticket holders carry a vote on committee matters

The power struggle has brought in more money than usual

Well, Wednesdays AGM was chaos, the club was locked so they attempted to hold the AGM in the car park.

Cancelled due to chaos, a meeting tonight with a mediator can you believe. to try to arrange the AGM next week.

If agreement can't be reached the SJFA will step in.

All is not well.

Shambles

Could be worse

The Burgh held their AGM given their poor state and help needed

A grand total of 10 turned up that's including management

Has to be big changes there or Burgh no more

I have e mailed SMiSA and suggested The Burgh be considered for a donation as part of the 3 monthly spend.

Wasting money i'm afraid

There has to be a better structure at the club

The committee consists of pensioners who in some cases barely walk

They are at loggerheads with the owner of the ground who they pay rent to

The ground is a crumbling mess especially the changing rooms which has plumbing problems and they need a plumber fast

Considering the owner runs a builders business seems madness

As i said there has to be big changes, banging of heads or things won't change

Who owns the Club now WC?Am I right in saying Geordie Walker gave up a couple of years ago?

Agreed.

Unless there is a plan to change what is currently in lace then it's throwing good money after bad.

Shame.

There's to be another meeting in 2 weeks to elect a new committee.

Only "full members" can be on the new committee, seemingly the current committee aren't all in this bracket, whatever a "full member" means.

2 weeks seems a long time and could hinder any progress on signing players, whether this is resigning players or trying to attract new players.

New league set up was passed at AGM to start from 2018/19.

Four divisions of 16 teams all in meaning Ayrshire and Central fully amalgamated.

Not sure exactly how they are doing it but heard that it will be 2 teams down from top division and 6 promoted from first division.

Would give the Frew a good chance if they get their act togethet.

Beith have signed Joe Bradley from Queens Park.

He spent part of last season on loan to us after previous term with Beith when we won the league.

You's signed Milky from the Talbot as well

Very good junior player

Pollock are the team to watch this season spending big bucks
