billyg
The big man is doing what JR sent him out to do. He will be a big player for us in the future , more so than Reilly and Mullen etc He has height , pace and knows where the net is , needs to bulk up and improve his heading , but he'll get there ! Decent player also has a good deft touch for a big guy.Definitely potential to play at a higher level. Hope it develops with us.

guinness
Smashing game. Spurs lookbas if they could score any time though juve should have had a stone penalty early on.
guinness
Second half has died a bit as juve not really threatening. Couple of changes made. We will see if it makes a difference.

guinness
What a turn around. Spurs need a quick response. Their away goals nullified.
scottd
What a turnaround. Juve were right out of it but are now 2-1 up and the away goals have been negated.

Seaside Nipper
FWIW there is a really decent documentary about Juventus running on Netflix just now ( other broadcasters available ). Be interesting to see their take on this tonight. A classic game of two halves so far.
faraway saint
What a game, great football, superb defending from the Italians, great when a manager actually DOES influence a game, doesn't happen very often.
Seaside Nipper
Great watch, you just have to tip your hat to Juve, Buffon and that defence. Allegri was brilliant and transformed that game. Juve know how to foul, how to play, when to play and when to foul, frankly, they managed that result from going out to transforming that to a sound win.Class, cynicism and skill. rabuddies
Spurs had no plan B and Kane / Ali were posted missing. Juve were tactically miles ahead of Spurs which puts the EPL firmly in it's place - none of them can defend!
Wilbur
Spurs bottled it. Their big players didn't show up tonight. Harry Kane didn't make his mark tonight when he was really needed. Erickson was largely invisible and Son had a good first half but disappeared in the second half. However, their demise isn't all bad news. I dislike that wee fud Dele Alli (a horrible diving cheat) so I'm glad that he will be feeling like shit now.
faraway saint
Man City reserves through, roll on the quarter finals, serious contenders IMO.
