Just flicked it over to the BBC match to pass 30 minutes before the Spurs game and James Beattie (ex Southampton) was getting interviewed.

Christ he's wearing well, still looked about mid 30's, had to check, 44. :shockaroony

Oh, Southampton 1-2 Man City, didn't see the 3rd goal, nipped out to the garden room to tidy up.

Pars beating Partick 3_1. Entertaining first half.

Excellent play by the Pars. Had at least another two decent chances. Ahead but could have been out of sight. They also played very well v Morton but finished as a draw. Looking sharper in front of goal tonight

What a cracking game . The Scotland v Poland match was no routine friendly. Hard tackling by both sides. Excellent goal by Scotland but as St Mirren Fans we know about extra time goals. This time a controversial penalty awarded to Poland as their player swiped at and missed the ball before falling over. And I say that as someone who had a Polish Father or whom I am exceptionally proud.

Morton - Kilmarnock 0-0 at half time. Morton had a few good chances. Never seen so many long throws in one match.  Not a bad game though.

McGinn, Lyons and Waters are the ex Saints on the Killie side with Gavin Reilly in the Morton ranks. (Hodson not playing for Killie tonight)
