Indeed. We could draw our two games against them and still catch them!

We could but if we don't win on Saturday then we could win all our remaining games and still finish bottom. I'd feel a lot more confident if it was still in our own hands, I don't like relying on other teams to lose. Let's just start with a win on Saturday and then take it from there.

Highlight of the match was the Sutton sub goalie eating a pub in the dugout.
It was this kind of non league quality that encouraged me to bet Arsenal -2 goals in the handicap betting.
I now dislike Arsenal even more than previously.

Looks like this might have been a betting scam. They were offering odds of about 8/1 on him doing it and one bookie has already paid out a five figure sum. He could be in a bit of bother.

It's hardly a scam, if the bookies offer odds on something so stupid which has no element of chance then they're going to be exploited. If it went to court how would the bookies prove he wasn't just hungry.

He told the press some of his mates and his family placed bets.

Sorry didn't realise there are other threads on this.

Is it not just the same as a player knowing that someone has bet on him to score - and then scoring?

Once he knew of the bet, choosing to either eat a pie or not eat a pie would be deliberately influencing the outcome of the bet. No win situation for him.
