You obviously don't understand the concept of the situation at that particular point in time?

It's ok, I'm quite happy that at your age you're still a plum.  🤡

Yep. Elanga. The FOURTH sub gets a goal with  the first shot on target after a move that DIDN'T include ANY of the subs and you take that as a win? How sad you are. Time for your last bottle? Let the grown ups have the forum for a while.

So, at this stage, 3 English teams looking red hot to go through, Man Utd still in the balance.

TBH they, Utd, are disjointed, don;t seem to be playing for the manager/club, which quite a few of them have done previously.

IMO they need a strong manager who will impose his position and either get players, ie Pogba, to play at their best or clear the out.

I think the issue is that their current manager is only temporary til end of season before he takes up new position at club which will advising on a permanent manager. A bit bizarre for a club the size of Utd really, and no wonder it ends up with a disjointed group that should be much better.

It's speculation but if I was in his position i'd be busting a gut to put myself in the running for a permanent move.

If he has ambition United have the potential to be a giant, not too many clubs above them in the world.

I'm probably being unkind to him in the sense he's almost invisible, I'm not aware of his track record without Google(can't be arsed searching for him)

It was part of the deal for him to move into a more executive role at the end of the season. They wanted a more experienced manager in after the solskjear sacking to steady the ship. I think they will still be in top 4 but will make it hard work as usual.

Consultancy role, as I said, IF he's no ambition, that's an easy number.

A strange decision TBH as he has a free card, personally I feel they should have went for someone with ambition and see how it went.

As you say, they are looking like it's going to be a fight for the 4th place, 4 teams easily withing striking distance.

Capitulation

Night and day from last season

Quite astonishing turnaround

Have spoke to a few friends who are leeds fans and it seems to be the general opinion that bielsa only has plan A. None of them actually call for his head but are resigned to the fact he will be away at end of season.

Imo his  post match interview on utd match he did look rather deflated/defeated.

He sticks with his tight squad

He trusts his players and their ability

Plan A because there is no Plan B

Despite being injury ravaged for months to multiple players, he refused to buy in the transfer window

Brilliant coach, wonderful human being, but refuses to change things based on his complete trust of his players

He lets them choose their own captain also, he asks the players to decide the captain for themselves

Running out of games and ideas but won’t be chased out of the club

Very well respected and rightfully so

Overall I agree with the above, more specifically Bamford being out for all but the first 5 games, has been a major issue for them.

He scored a barrow load last season and I'm sure if he'd been fit he'd have done the same this season.

As much as I enjoyed watching them last season I mentioned several times they would need to learn how to defend and/or buy some quality defenders.

You simply won't get away playing the same way every week, especially when the defence is like a sieve.

While he might not be "chased out of the club" after waiting so long to get into the top flight I'd be surprised if he remains if it all went wrong, they simply will not want to drop down into the Championship again.

One of the few cities with only one major club, Leeds are another of these clubs that deserve better.

Celtic one down at half time. Could  have been three or four. Left out a few of their better players and getting a doing.

Aye, no watching it, but out with a whimper over the two games by most accounts.

Looking forward to the Rangers game, last week was the biggest result for a Scottish team for many a year but will count for nothing if they go out.

Goals guaranteed.
