faraway saint
Not really been watching but Gillingham 0-0 Leicester at half time. Gillingham, bottom of league 2, have had a few decent chances. Leicester are ripe for a shock here as they have been all over the place.

antrin
Been keeping an eye on Jak Alnwick’s Cardiff -constantly leading Leeds 2-0 currently. Jack doing well. 40 minutes gone on ITV. Dunno if it’s on stv. just mentioned St Mirren and Paisley… it’s almost like Aussies in the World Cup again…
guinness
Hibernian win 3-2. Hat trick from Kevin Nesbitt. Reasonable game. From our point of view would probably have preferred a draw.

Leeds all over it but still down 2-1. a clear penalty. But I knew… he would… Jak saved it! quite exciting. (Apart from the commentary, which I’ve had to turn off. A McC. Awful) 7 minutes left, now.

StanleySaint
City hardly out of second gear this half, Potter may need to look to his younger players for the rest of the season as the established ones don't seem to fancy the task. Chelsea, after watching both games against City, are 3 or 4 big players short of challenging the big teams. Certainly a big job for Potter.
faraway saint
Looking forward to the Manchster derby today, could it be the time that United are getting closer to the days when Ferguson had them winning everything? The new manager certainly doesn't seem to stand for any shit and is making it clear that all players respect the rules. Anyhow, a few goals will lift my mood after last nights disappointment.

You could nap during it and not miss much. Two chances from a misplaced pass and a goalie going walk about. Otherwise not a lot happening. Two teams cancelling each other out.

guinness
2-1 Unit ed in the end. Poor match which livened up in the last ten or fifteen minutes with the two goals. City probably the better side but created next to nothing. Neither goalkeeper had much to do.
faraway saint
Watching Brighton v Liverpool. Brighton are a joy to watch, play it out from the back, move it fast and are really a decent football team. 0-0, 12 mins.
