Shut the feck up, NOT one thing positive comes from your tiny mind, away and gies peace.

Tell me what's positive about him

Hopefully the end to the game will ease some nerves as we finished reasonably well, although the Swiss looked happy with the draw.

I'm not one for highlighting players who have been poor but Ralston needs dropped.

Clarke has some decisions to make, Tierney, who hasn't been great anyway ,out, and the defence are very negative IMO.

Shankland is due a run out from the start.

We need to win, simple.

Plenty of plaudits from pundits/commentators regarding our effort and commitment.

No mention about even basic football skills - tells it all.

Will have to do much better on Sunday to get 3 points against Hungary.

The Germany game?

Gunn made up for it. Robertson made up for it. McTominay made up for it. McGinn made up for it. Tierney made up for it. Hendry made up for it. McGregor nearly made up for it. HELL! Scotland made up for it. That was the least we expect when wearing the dark blue. Well done all. Now finish the job.

ETA.

For our goal. Yes. The keeper had it covered and it was the deflection that beat him but the build up was great. From defence to the edge of their box in a few passes. A fantastic take from Gilmour and a brilliant reverse pass. McTominay busts a gut to get into position. McGregor picks him out. Simply divine.

Switzerland beat Hungary 3-1.

They, Hungary, played better today, but they are nothing to be scared of and, as usual, it's as much down to us.

It'll be tough and we need, as you mention, to be much better in our passing from defence but we showed more tonight and were the width of the post away from a win.

If it's down to effort and commitment we have a chance against Hungary.

If we're relying on football ability we have little chance unless there's a huge improvement from what's gone before.

However a lot of games are decided by lucky breaks on the night - in which  case it's anybody's game.

I think we've dropped off since a year ago but it's a game that can take us through, unlikely for Hungary.

I also think it's ungracious to say that, across the board, we have no ability as there were quite a few, as mentioned by @stlucifer, showed a much improved performance than the German game.

I agree it'll be tight which is all we can ask after Fridays disaster.

As ever, I'll be positive on Sunday night.

All in all we're where we expected to be, it was always likely to be a defeat against Germany although the manner and score were disappointing but we can still get the 4 points we targeted so far from out of it, Sunday could be a belter, and a big mention to the Tartan Army, you'll not hear a better rendition of a national anthem this tournament (unless of course we make the final).

One thing that's slightly irked me throughout this campaign is the "We've always said 4 points was the target".

Why shouldn't we have been aiming for 6?

No argument Germany are a difference class more often than not, but we should be aiming to beat, not saying we always will, the Swiss and the Hungarians.

Anyhow, just under three and a half hours till kick off.

Beating the Swiss was a big ask. When mentioned they are always referred to as ‘serial qualifiers’.

I’ve been really impressed by the technical ability of most other teams apart from ourselves and also, surprisingly, England.

It makes our 2-0 against Spain look amazing as they have been defining ’the beautiful game’.

The facts are that we've played the Swiss 17 times, won 8, drawn 4 and lost 5.

This technical ability is a bit of a white elephant as it was recently mentioned about the Danish who, unless I'm mistaken, we fairy recently beat 2-0 and quite comfortably into the bargain.

I'm not saying we are in the same league as Spain for instance but plenty of teams have been misplacing passes left, right and centre in this tournament, not only us.

We are what we are, a reasonable team with, IMO, no world class players, and a pretty decent manager.
