Just a shambles then, so when does that tip to the next level?

I'm not sure crisis is the next level up from shambles? It's laughable, it's annoying, it's pish, it's amateurish etc

It's far from a crisis though.

Any business that does not have alternative facilities to ACCEPT money is VERY Micky Mouse...
especially if a problem arises and is not immediately addressed...


I don't think the problem is being unable to accept money. It is the issuing of smart cards.

How do you know it is not being immediately. Addressed?

Apparently its been, being addressed for six weeks now and counting. Questions to club on facebook asking will they be made and distributed in time for first home league game? Answer: don't know'....

I'm waiting on mine also but not a problem as there is a system in place to get you into the game :)

The machine was broke end of may when I went to get my nephews new one, was told we will let you know when ready - they didn't but my sis n law went down and got it so obv had been fixed. So it's broke twice recently - get a new one me finks - and how long does it take the 3rd party to come fix it???

As LPM suggests, I am perhaps being unfair and it HAS been addressed.

 

what I should have said is that it should have been FIXED/SORTED/NO LONGER A PROBLEM.

it's all very well being 'able' to accept money, but in exchange for what?

 

a promise? A kiss-me-quick hat? A seat on the next sevco board?

and as if by magic (and an inordinate timeframe) my smartcard has arrived this morning.

we're gonnae win the league and all three cups now... quadruple is on!

I've just came off the British Airways flight from Gla to LHR . They don't accept cash , I'll let them know your opinion on the flight home tomorrow [emoji41]
