Livingston v St Mirren SPFL Championship 19/8/17

It seems that everyone is (unusually?) agreed upon the fact that Livvy will continue to play defensively and hit on the break. Their long unbeaten run testifies to the effectiveness of their approach. We play better going forward so the pattern of the game looks like our recent meeting in Paisley. A repeat performance with better finishing would see us through - all things being equal - but they seldom are. So...difficult to predict. Myself, sons and grandson will be there. COYS

Best wishes to the management - squad and all the travelling supporters today

think it could be a dour and frustrating game today

head says 1-1 .     Heart says 2-0 Saints

A penalty and an Og will bring home the points

Still no Davis.....................

Jack Ross says that Hilson is due back training  next week with Todd already started back training with Davis still a couple of weeks behind them so would think it will be nearer the end of Sept before we see him back

Can see a win today. I believe I'm right in saying that we have won every single league game at that stadium. Even Alex Rae won both his games there.

0-2

He also presided over a 4-1 thrashing by Livingston at St.Mirren Park the season they were relegated.

Not that Alex Rae winning a game has anything to do with today's game.

Gary Mac injured then? Obviously didn't fancy starting Whyte at centre-half....

I would guess C. Smith will be just off Reilly with Stelios replacing him at right mid.

Hard to imagine Eck or Irvine at centre -half. Liam Smith beside Buchanan?

Not a chance.

Liam Smith is about 5 foot 8 if he's lucky.

Didn't win a header all night on Tuesday.
