Linfield are beating Spartans 2-0! 2-1 now with 89 mins gone. FT - Spartans 1 - Linfield 2 BtB bearing grudges on BAWA since 2004! ****************** Job done with a gear to spare as the gap between their goal and our third shows - hopefully no injuries. proudtobeabuddy
Not really bothered about this cup until the semi final, even then still not that fussed. The league is priority.
BaldyOzBud
A win is a win, credit to the young Jambos they looked very fit and well organised but despite the fact that we never really got going, we scored three and made a shitload of other chances. We're now in the next round and that is the important thing.

I'm assuming you feel like it should've been treated like a training session or without respect? I'm further assuming you think that because you feel there should be no place for colt teams in the competition? So do I. That's why I think the way to treat the game was it take it seriously, give the opposition a god awful learhering and show the authorities how effin stupid an idea it is. All we've achieved is to show that a colt team was able to compete against us.
Tommy
May I say to all the buds that were saying we would win by double figures and our record win may even be broken, FFS yous should all know better since it's the saints that are playing Look on the bright side, it wasn't Samson that cost us the goal

I'm glad we didn't appear to take it too seriously.

gilberto
Felt like a training session today. The polite applause at the goals showed that the fans treated it as seriously as the players

RossCSmfc
Comprehensive. Thought we never really got out of first gear and could've/should've scored a few more. Also promising to see Gavin Reilly continue his form, and Sutton getting get on the scoresheet.

shull
Enjoyed the Match and delighted to be in the Draw on Tuesday at 1pm. ( Live on SPFL Facebook ) Away to any of the Irish Clubs might ensure my family can get to the Match. Sounded as if James Fowler took the Match very seriously and for that , I was very happy. Our future looks at being extremely successful. Only downside - No Match Programme The attendance of 1130 was decent .
